除了M+開幕引起大家到場打卡之外，近年來本地也有不同藝術展覽，以獨特主題吸引大眾觀賞。你們又有沒有想過在微醺的情況下欣賞藝術作品，會有怎樣的體驗呢？由即日至 12 月 9 日假 K11 MUSEA 一樓舉行「The Singleton Gallery」期間限定店，為威士忌愛好者提供一個多感官威士忌體驗。
「The Singleton Gallery」期間限定店於不同區域設有藝術裝置及互動體驗，讓訪客了解The Singleton威士忌的歷史、工藝及製作過程。店內設有不同打卡位，更有神秘通道，一探The Singleton風味的奧秘，以藝術角度欣賞威士忌。
1. Flavour Vortex
A vivid presentation of the richest flavours of The Singleton. The berry fruits, spice and chocolate flavours flow in the stirred fluids. They concentrate at the tip, creating exceptionally rich and smooth single malt whisky
「The Singleton Gallery」入口以標誌性的The Singleton顏色為主，金銅色藝術裝置「Flavour Vortex」象徵豐富味道漩轉混合並聚集，將其獨特濃郁口味活現眼前。引領到場人士開展一場發掘The Singleton之旅。
2. The Malt Room – Mirror of Earth
All to begin with barley, the key ingredient of single malt whisky.
An up-side down barley field takes you to the land of exploration
房內中間的一片倒掛麥田藝術裝置「Mirror of Earth」，散發淡淡麥香，讓訪客猶如置身在蘇格蘭的真實麥田般。「大麥」是單一麥芽威士忌的重要原材料，威士忌的製造過程就由「大麥」開始。藝術裝置更隱藏了 The Singleton 濃郁口味的秘密。
3. Copper Room – Bending Time
By bending copper, we create our onion shaped copper pot stills.
By bending time, we craft an exceptionally smooth whisky.
以銅製蒸餾器化身成「Bending Time」銅製波浪型藝術裝置，讓訪客將體驗置身於蒸餾器之中，同時了解關於T he Singleton 對慢工藝的獨特堅持。The Singleton 採用長期發酵及慢蒸餾方法，使酒液與蒸餾器有更長的時間接觸，令更多雜質被銅所吸附，創造出The Singleton獨有的醇順口感。
4. The Oak Room – Tree of Aroma
The endless exploration is the key to revealing richness.
Smell the dried fruit note of European oak and coconut note of American oak.
以橡木樹形態散發出波本桶及雪莉桶的香氣，從而展現The Singleton透過多年的桶藝經驗打造出的雙桶完美平衡。波本桶經過燃燒及炭化，能引出威士忌中香甜的椰子香氣；曾經裝過西班牙雪莉酒的老舊歐洲橡木桶則能引出香草及乾果的風味。 「Tree of Aroma 」更隱藏了驚喜，只要掃瞄二維碼再對準橡木樹，雙桶熟成的藝術將呈現眼前。
威士忌愛好者可於探索旅程完結前品嚐 The Singleton 威士忌，更可於出口購買 The Singleton 不同年份的威士忌。凡於限定店期間購買任何 The Singleton 威士忌，可於 K11 MUSEA 地下 Artisan Lounge 免費換領威士忌專家 Tony Leung 以 TheSingleton 威士忌調製的3款特別版雞尾酒。
